RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 

1. Installation charges will be Non-refundable After Disconnection. 
2. Any equipment installed during the setup, such as fiber, patch cords, home junction boxes, Router, ONU or Fiber routers, shall remain the property of the company. In the event of disconnection, all such equipment must be returned to the company as it is considered company property. 
3. Any damage to or failure to return any equipment provided by the company may result in a fine ranging up to ₹5000. 
4. The initial installation is free of cost. However, any additional equipment installed after the first setup will incur charges. 
5. Part Payment will not be accepted. Cheque/DD will be in favor of FIBER PRIME. 
6. Rs. 250.00/- will be charged from customers in case of dishonor of cheque. 
7. FIBER PRIME can withdraw the connection at their own discretion if the service renewal is not done in time will be taken into custody without giving any explanation to the customer. 
8. Complaint resolution shall be done within 48 hrs on all day of the month. 
9. The invoice doesn’t require signature, as it is a system generated invoice. The content shall however be treated as suitably notified to the recipient.
